Add employee's time entries directly into the time tracking system for the purpose of reports overtime calculations, approval, and syncing of approved time entries to payroll. If you need to pass the hours worked earnings directly into the payroll, you can utilize the "Add Earnings to Payroll Grid" API.
Please note that before submitting time entries, it is mandatory to ensure that all relevant employees are selected for time tracking and have been assigned the appropriate overtime rule. The system will reject time entries for any employee not selected for time tracking. To quickly verify and add employees, please visit the time tracking module at employer portal.
